Brian joined Howard Hanna Lenker Group, after a very successful 35-year career of escalating leadership responsibilities in the consumer package goods industry.  An accomplished sales leader and innovative entrepreneur, Brian has built a strong record of cultivating successful strategic sales partnerships through collaboration and trust.

Brian’s career has provided him a deep understanding of both commercial as well as residential real estate.  Having started his journey in operations management, Brian was instrumental in negotiating warehouse leases throughout the United States with companies Frito-Lay, Borden and Anheuser-Busch.  On the residential front, Brian and his family have gained valuable real estate transaction experiences buying and selling several properties throughout the country in both volatile and escalating markets.    

Brian is a graduate of Heidelberg University where he was captain of the basketball team and accomplished track athlete. He is a father of two children and has been married for 35 years to his wife, Brenda.  The Kocak’s have made Dublin, Ohio home for the past 28 years where they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchild, traveling, cooking, boating and staying active in their community.   Brian is a member of the Knights of Columbus, former Vice President of the Muirfield Civic Association and current President and Commodore of the Quarry on the Scioto homeowner’s association.  Brian is an expert Realtor in the Dublin and surrounding areas.
